您好，本人在 SEREMBAN 从事房地产经纪已有8年之久，也在 2014 拿了 agent 牌 REN TAG 06204。途中，我还当过保险销售员，但很快就停了。为什么？因为我觉得要 ‘专业’ ；专心一份行业，这条路才跑的远。加上我是从事 《2手房产买卖》和 《新项目开发》 ，所以我时常更新房地产的趋向与讯息。

在带看之前，我会先聆听顾客的需求，才推荐合适的房产。不仅如此，我也会带领顾客（尤其是首购族）一步一步地完成整个买卖流程。从收订金开始到帮顾客筛选银行利息；安排律师拟买卖合同，帮买家跟进银行贷款动向到最后交收钥匙，才算完成（close file）。我对房地产的热诚来自于能让顾客在自己的预算内，找到合适的家。比起公司业绩，我更喜欢收到顾客的一句 ：‘谢谢你，帮我找到dream home’ 来的有成就感。我不只是房地产经纪，我也是一为有买房地产经验的人；所以我会时常和顾客分享“买家经”。
